The Program: Channel Advantage Program

  • Training
    All new channel partners are trained by our Technical Staff. Training is conducted via the internet on a Quarterly basis. Additionally, Beachhead will assist your organization on site with your first two Customer installations.
  • Joint Sales Calls
    Beachhead's Sales Management will make joint sales calls to customer opportunities which you have identified as needing direct support. All calls will be mutually agreed upon and scheduled through your local Beachhead Sales Manager.
  • Referrals and Leads
    With an eye towards long-term partnership and ongoing mutual success, Beachhead will offer available referral and lead information to each Reseller.
  • Technical Support
    Staff is always available to answer any questions you or your Customer may have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Dedicated Corporate Support
    Your Beachhead sales partner is a dedicated professional upon which to build a solid business relationship, solve potential issues, champion the partner internally, and strategically focus the organization on the Channel Advantage Partners.
  • Margin Enhancement
    Based on your level of engagement, your organization will earn incremental margin dollars on each seat you sell and service. Your Company's margin is calculated based on three levels:

    1. Standard seat placement
    2. Standard seat placement + first line phone support
    3. Standard seat placement + first line phone support + application hosting
  • Rebate Program
    As your Company reaches agreed upon sales milestones, you will qualify for corporate rebates. All rebates are calculated on the actual number of seats placed, either hosted or non-hosted by your organization.
  • Literature Support
    Sales collateral is available to partners via the Beachhead website, or you may contact your Partner Program Coordinator at Channel Advantage Program .
  • Website Logo
    All Channel Advantage Partners shall have their Company logo, a brief company overview and contact information prominently located on the Beachhead Partner page of the Beachhead website.
