Rodin currently serves as Chairman and CEO of RDN Group, a management consulting firm.
From 1999 through October 2002, Mr. Rodin served as Chairman and CEO of eConnections, a provider of extended supply chain intelligence solutions.
From 1991 through 1999, Mr. Rodin served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Marshall Industries. He remained in this position until the Company was acquired by Avnet, Inc. in 1999.
Mr. Rodin then became President of Global Supply Chain Management and Electronic Commerce Solutions for Avnet, Inc., and served on the Advisory Board of the Company. Mr. Rodin also serves on the Board of Napster, Inc., where he serves as the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Additionally, he serves as Vice Chair and Executive Director of CommerceNet. Mr. Rodin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

| Patrick McVeigh – Managment Consultant |
|
Patrick McVeigh is a consultant to Warburg Pincus, the world’s largest private equity firm.
Prior to this, Patrick was the interim CEO of PalmSource, Inc., (NASDAQ = PSRC)a leading developer of operating systems for mobile devices. Under his leadership, the company refocused its development efforts on a Linux based, operating system and gained commitments from leading handset vendors to develop on this new platform. Patrick lead the company through a very successful competitive bidding process which resulted in the company being acquired by ACCESS Company Ltd.
Before joining PalmSource in February of 2005, Patrick amassed over 20 years of experience in the high technology and consumer electronics industry. He is the former CEO of Aliph Corporation, a developer of next-generation audio and speech technologies for mobile communications devices. At Aliph, Patrick prepared the company for the commercial launch of their technology to the consumer electronics and cellular after-markets.
Prior to Aliph, Patrick founded the Omnisky Corporation, an industry leading provider of next generation wireless data services to major wireless carriers such as ATT Wireless and Verizon. As Chairman and CEO, he lead the development and execution of the launch of service within one year of founding the business, growing revenues from $0 to $43 million on a run rate basis. He raised over $250MM in funding through private and public offerings and eventually sold the business to Earthlink.
Patrick was also with Palm, Inc. where he was responsible for worldwide sales of all Palm products as well as international marketing and operations. While with Palm, he drove sales from $0 to $800 million run rate in three years. Before joining Palm, McVeigh spent over 10 years with Apple Computer in a variety of sales and marketing positions.
Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.

| Greg Santora – Independent Management Consultant |

Greg Santora has been an independent management consultant since September 2005.
Prior to that he served as Chief Financial Officer of Shopping.com Ltd., an online provider of comparison shopping services that was acquired by eBay Inc. in August 2005. From July 1997 through January 2003, Mr. Santora served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer fro Intuit, Inc., a provider of small business and personal finance software. Prior to Intuit, he spent nearly thirteen years at Apple Computer in various senior financial management positions. Mr. Santora who began is career with Arthur Andersen LLP, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1974. Mr. Santora holds an M.B.A. from San jose State University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois..

| David K. Rensin – CEO Reality Mobile |

With more than 14 years of professional multi-platform software development and technology management experience, David Rensin is a recognized expert in enterprise software product development and enjoys a world-class reputation in the areas of wireless and mobile enterprise computing. His career includes senior management positions at two publicly traded companies and a strong track record as a software entrepreneur.
Most recently, David was the Chief Technology Officer, of Q.Know Technologies, Inc. Q.Know develops audit and compliance software for the financial services industry that concentrates on the tracking of key corporate intellectual property as it is disseminated via company email systems.
Prior to joining Q.Know, David was the Chief Product Officer of Omnisky, where he was responsible for the definition and development of all of Omnisky's products. Omnisky was one of the first wireless solution providers to deliver email and internet content data to the handheld device market, joining Palm.net and Blackberry in that space.
Before coming to Omnisky, David was the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Riverbed Technologies. Riverbed was one of the first companies to build and sell enterprise-class software products to allow companies to keep critical back office information deployed to mobile handheld devices. Riverbed's software has been licensed to companies as varied as Palm, Symbol Technologies, Microsoft, and Research In Motion (RIM). In 2000, Riverbed was sold to Aether Systems for $1.13B and Rensin joined Aether as its Chief Scientist.
Rensin is also the author of three books on enterprise computing, one of which is a bestseller, and a contributor to two others. He has been an editorial contributor for Pen Computing magazine, and has been featured in other industry publications such as Mobile Computing, M-Commerce, and PC Week. In 2000, Rensin was awarded the Mobile Innovator of the Year award by Mobile Computing Magazine for his contributions to enterprise mobile computing.
He earned a BS in Management Science and Statistics from the University of Maryland, College Park and resides in Northern Virginia.

| John Viega – Vice President, Chief Security Architect, McAfee |
|
As Vice President and Chief Security Architect for McAfee, Viega is responsible for product security strategy, leading security audits of code and helping to shape the technical directions for the product lines at McAfee.
A well-known security and cryptography expert, Viega has co-authored several books on application security, Building Secure Software, Network Security with OpenSSL and the Secure Programming Cookbook. He also built the CLASP application security process and co-developed GCM, a mode of operation for block ciphers such as AES that has been incorporated into IPSec and the 802.1AE draft document, and is currently being standardized by NIST.
Previously, Mr. Viega was a Senior Policy Researcher at the Cyberspace Policy Institute and served on the Technical Advisory Board for the Open Web Applications Security Project.
Mr. Viega holds a B.A. and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.

Mr. Cowens is a security expert with over twenty years experience in designing, developing, managing, and protecting complex and sensitive information systems and networks. With Experian, Mr. Cowens heads all corporate investigations, forensics, e-discovery and incident response worldwide for this financial and business services company. His knowledge and experience spans security systems and vulnerabilities relative both to technology and user behavior.
A highly regarded speaker and oft-quoted security expert, Cowens has held senior executive security positions over his 27 year career including stints with Rainbow Technologies, a computer and network security firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, SafeNet, Inc., a leading PC disk encryption provider and with the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency.
Mr. Cowens holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland and undergraduate degrees and certificates in data processing and systems management.

As Director Global IT & Security and Chief Privacy Officer, Nils
Puhlmann is responsible for managing Mindjet's global information
technology, security and privacy activities. He has extensive experience
in developing and implementing IT security strategy and policy,
corporate governance, network security, intrusion detection,
vulnerability assessment, IT security audit, network design and secure
messaging solutions.
Prior to Mindjet, Puhlmann was senior manager product security at Adobe
Systems, responsible for managing Adobe's product vulnerability program,
overseeing security assessments of Adobe applications, driving product
security certifications, and promoting secure development practices. He
created Adobe's product security incident response team, chaired Adobe's
Security Task Force and managed Adobe's first Common Criteria
Certification.
Puhlmann also held senior positions at Nortel Networks and START
Amadeus, and was an independent security consultant with clients such as
the State of California. He maintains numerous security certifications,
including CISSP-ISSMP and CISM. He has held several Board of Directors
positions (ISACA Silicon Valley, OVAL), has been a member of Corporate
Advisory Boards and is a subject matter expert for ISACA International
and a frequent speaker at international security conferences. He is a
graduate of Kant College in Germany.

| Tom Minick – Management Consultant, Strategic Use of Technology |
|
Tom Minick is the rare IT leader with considerable experience and
success in both entrepreneurial and large enterprise settings. Tom’s
interest and focus is on high impact enterprise software applications.
He founded one of the early leaders in the CRM systems integration
marketplace, was a Divisional CIO at Apple and has led professional
services teams for Oracle, PeopleSoft and Asera. While leading these
organizations he has overseen 100+ successful implementations of CRM and
ERP systems as well as assisting his customers in developing achievable
high impact system strategies.
Tom is currently a management consultant dedicated to improving the
performance of client’s IT investments. He was most recently with
Oracle Consulting and PeopleSoft Global Services leading a regional
consulting practice.
From 1994 – 2001 he was an executive in several early stage companies
including Asera, an early market entrant in the on demand subscription
software marketplace, CLB Associates, a strategic advisory firm for
early stage technology companies and as founder of The QuickSilver
Group, on the early leaders in the CRM systems integration market.
Earlier in his career he spent nine years at Apple Computer in various
Information Technology positions including St. Director/Divisional CIO
for Apple’s US Sales & Marketing division and in various IT management
roles with Baxter Healthcare.
He has a Bachelors Degree in Management Science from the University of
Detroit and executive education at the Harvard Business School.
